Cancellation & refunds

Engagement-specific terms

We provide business-to-business professional services. The accepted proposal or service agreement states the engagement term, cancellation notice, any minimum commitment and payment schedule. This policy supplies general information and does not override that agreement or mandatory legal rights.

How to request cancellation

Email contact@baldwinempire.com from your business contact address. Include your company name, the relevant agreement or invoice reference and the requested end date. A request does not automatically pause active advertising; identify any urgent campaign-stop instruction clearly so it can be addressed in line with the account permissions and agreement.

Services already delivered

Fees for completed work and properly authorized non-cancellable commitments remain payable, subject to the agreement and applicable law. The treatment of prepaid but undelivered services is assessed against the agreed scope, work completed, cancellation terms and any mandatory rights. This policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Advertising platforms charge separately for media delivery under their own billing and refund terms. Spend already incurred cannot be reversed by cancelling our management services. Any unused campaign funds held under an expressly agreed arrangement must be reconciled against authorized costs and handled according to the agreement and applicable law.

Review and reconciliation

We review cancellation and refund requests using the service agreement, delivery records and payment information. Where a refund is due, the amount and processing arrangements will be communicated after reconciliation. Payment-provider processing time can vary; no universal refund deadline is promised on this website.

Handover and disputes

At the end of an engagement, account access, approved deliverables and any outstanding work are handled according to the agreement. Please send invoice discrepancies or delivery concerns to contact@baldwinempire.com with supporting details so that they can be reviewed.
